How long does it take a patient to complete the Velluto intake?
Most patients complete the full intake in 25 to 35 minutes. They can split it across multiple sittings and every answer is autosaved. The intake includes the ASRS v1.1 questionnaire, medical history, childhood background, functional impact, and thinking style sections. Speech-to-text is available on every free-text field. No app download or account required.
What happens if the observer does not complete their questionnaire?
Velluto sends automated reminders by email and SMS at days 2, 5, and 7. If the observer has not responded after the final reminder, the assessment dashboard shows the observer report as incomplete. The GP can proceed with the assessment using the available evidence, or the patient can nominate a different observer.
What does the GP receive before the consultation?
A structured clinical summary pack containing scored questionnaires with reference thresholds, observer comparison data, childhood evidence extracted from uploaded documents, five-signal validity flags, and a readiness score (Green, Amber, or Red). The pack can be downloaded as a PDF formatted for Best Practice or Medical Director.

Velluto generates a PDF clinical summary pack that can be saved directly into Best Practice or Medical Director as a patient document. The PDF contains all scored questionnaires, observer data, validity checks, and the AI clinical summary in a format designed for clinical records.
What assessment types does Velluto support?
Velluto currently supports adult ADHD assessments using the ASRS v1.1, and paediatric ADHD assessments using the Vanderbilt scale for ages 6 to 12 and the SNAP-IV scale for ages 13 to 17. Each category includes age-appropriate questionnaires, observer reports, and clinical summary generation.
Is patient data stored in Australia?
All patient data is hosted in Australia. The database is in Sydney (AWS ap-southeast-2). Document storage uses Australian S3 buckets. AI processing for clinical summaries uses AWS Bedrock in the Sydney region. Document extraction uses Google Cloud in the australia-southeast1 region. No patient data leaves Australian infrastructure.
