Demo
See what happens before the patient arrives.
Velluto is a pre-consultation intake platform for GPs doing ADHD assessments. It collects questionnaires, observer reports, and childhood evidence before the appointment. The GP walks in with a complete clinical summary already on their dashboard. Read more in our FAQ.
What the demo covers
- Creating an assessment in under 2 minutes
- The patient intake experience on a phone
- Observer report workflow
- Childhood evidence upload and AI extraction
- Five-signal validity checking
- The clinical summary pack on your dashboard
- PDF export for Best Practice or Medical Director
The problem
The reforms gave GPs permission. Nobody gave them preparation.
The ADHD prescribing reforms opened a new clinical pathway for GPs across Australia. The training is available. The patients are waiting.
But between a full patient book and no extra staff, most GPs have not started. A proper assessment needs a validated questionnaire, a collateral observer report, childhood evidence, and a medical history screen. Done by hand, that is two to four sessions of mostly admin.
Velluto does the preparation before the patient arrives. The consultation becomes clinical, not administrative. Read more: Five strategies for scaling your GP practice.
How it works
Everything collected before the appointment
Patient questionnaire
The patient completes the ASRS v1.1 on their phone. One question at a time, in their own time. Validation questions are embedded and never adjacent to their paired items.
Observer report
The patient nominates someone who knows them well. Velluto sends that person a separate secure link and chases them automatically if they have not responded.
Childhood evidence
The patient uploads school reports or historical documents. AI extracts the relevant information and organises it chronologically.
Data quality checking
Five signals are cross-checked: internal consistency, severity distribution, completion speed, self-report vs observer agreement, and childhood onset consistency. The patterns are presented in the summary. Clinical interpretation is always yours.
Clinical summary pack
Before the consultation, your dashboard shows scored questionnaires, observer report, extracted childhood evidence, inconsistency flags, differential flags, a gaps report, and a readiness score. Downloadable as PDF.
Review appointments
For returning patients, Velluto sends a structured “since last visit” form before any review. You receive a concise update summary before they arrive.
Velluto does not diagnose. It gathers, scores, flags, and presents. What you do with it is entirely yours.
Built with GPs, for GPs
Your workflow shapes the product
Velluto was built with a practising GP. Every feature exists because it solved a real problem in a real consultation.
We are now showing it to GPs across Australia. Not to sell it. To learn what works, what is missing, and what needs to change. If you do ADHD assessments or want to start, we want to hear how this fits your workflow. Your feedback goes directly into the roadmap. See what ADHD assessments could add to your practice.
The walkthrough is the fastest way to see it and tell us what you think.
Book a walkthrough
30 minutes. See it working. Ask anything.
A video call walkthrough of the full platform. You will see the GP dashboard, the patient intake on a phone, and the clinical summary pack. Bring your questions about the clinical workflow, the data, or anything else.
No preparation needed.
Common questions
Is patient data safe?
All patient data is stored in Australia. Database, document storage, and AI processing all run in Sydney (AWS ap-southeast-2). Data never leaves Australian jurisdiction. This is built into the architecture, not a setting.
Email reminders contain no clinical data. The intake content is only displayed when the patient opens their secure link.
Mozilla Observatory A+ security score. If you want the full security report, ask us.
Is this a medical device?
No. Velluto is a structured data collection and presentation tool. It does not make clinical recommendations, generate prescriptions, or interact with e-prescribing systems. The scores it calculates are identical to paper form calculations. The software is the clipboard. You are the clinician.
How much time does it take from me?
Creating an assessment takes under two minutes. Reviewing the clinical summary before a consultation takes roughly ten minutes. Your receptionist or practice manager can create assessments and track completion without seeing clinical data.
What if it does not suit my workflow?
Then we want to know why. That feedback is exactly what we are looking for. No lock-in. No obligation.
